Accommodation and transport vendors

Jersey and ID card printers
Player names, jersey numbers, and jersey sizes are shared with our printing vendor solely for production purposes.
Match officials
Squad lists (player names and jersey numbers) are shared with appointed umpires and scorers for officiating purposes.
Legal requirements
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority.

SRCT is an Under-19 tournament. Player data — including names, dates of birth, and jersey sizes — belongs to individuals who may be under 18 years of age. This data is submitted by the academy's authorised representative (the account holder), who by submitting the squad data confirms they have the authority and consent of the player's parent or legal guardian to provide this information.
Player data is used solely for tournament administration — ID card generation, jersey production, and match records — and is not shared with any party for commercial or marketing purposes.

This website uses only essential session cookies — no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used.
