Refund Policy

Cancellation timing Refund applicable
Cancellation 30 or more days before tournament start Full refund of the registration fee
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before tournament start 50% refund of the registration fee

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@staterisingcrictournament.com. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. The refund policy applies only to the registration fee — jersey printing, ID card production, and administrative costs are non-refundable once the slot is confirmed.

Common Questions

Any registered cricket academy from Delhi NCR region can apply. The tournament is open to Under-19 male players only. Each academy may register one team of 15 players.
The registration fee covers official SRCT jersey for all 15 players, photo ID cards, participation certificates, accommodation during tournament days, meals on match days, and ground transport between venues.
After submitting your registration form online, our team will contact you within 2-3 business hours to confirm your slot and share the payment link via email. Bank transfer details will also be provided at that time.
Full logistics details including accommodation location, meal schedule, and transport pickup points will be shared with confirmed academies at least 14 days before the tournament begins.
Squad changes are permitted up to 10 days before the tournament start date. No changes will be accepted after that deadline.
Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches in the zonal round stage. Teams that advance to the knockout stages will play additional matches up to the final.
Jerseys and ID cards will be distributed at the team registration desk on the day of your first match at your respective zonal venue.
All matches are played in T20 format — 20 overs per side — under standard BCCI playing conditions for age-group cricket.
