Refund & Cancellation Policy

Complete cancellation and refund terms for SRCT 2026 academy registrations.

Effective date: 01 March 2026  |  Applicable to: SRCT 2026 academy registrations only. All refund decisions are final and are made by State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd..

Non-Refundable Items

Regardless of cancellation timing, the following costs are non-refundable once incurred by the organizers:
  • Jersey printing costs (once jerseys have been ordered or printed)
  • Player ID card production costs (once submitted squad data has been processed)
  • Participation certificate printing costs
  • Administrative and processing charges

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing only to support@staterisingcrictournament.com.

Your cancellation email must include:
  • 1.Subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Academy Name] — [Reference ID]"
  • 2.Your academy name and registration reference ID
  • 3.Registered email address and phone number
  • 4.Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
The cancellation date is determined as the date on which the written request is received and acknowledged by State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd.. Verbal or phone-based cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being approved. The refund will be credited to the same payment method or bank account used for the original payment.

You will receive a written confirmation of your refund approval along with the expected credit date. If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days of confirmation, please contact us at 011 2760 4613 or support@staterisingcrictournament.com.

Organizer-Initiated Cancellation

In the event that State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. cancels SRCT 2026 in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, government directives, or insufficient registrations — all confirmed academies will receive a full refund of the registration fee within 15 business days of the cancellation announcement.

In such cases, the organizers shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the academy, including travel bookings, accommodation arranged independently, or loss of earnings.

No-Show Policy

If a registered and confirmed academy fails to appear for their scheduled matches without prior written notification to the organizers, the registration fee is fully forfeited. No refund will be issued for no-shows, regardless of the reason.

Disputes

Any dispute relating to refunds or cancellations must be raised in writing to support@staterisingcrictournament.com within 30 days of the disputed event. State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. will review the matter and provide a written response within 15 business days. All refund decisions made by State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. are final. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
